Growing up in a creative household, Alex was encouraged by her family to push her artistic side. She was always working on a project, whether it was to submit for a competition or just for herself. During high school, she took advantage of whatever art classes she could, but wasn't really able to explore the subject in depth until college. Alex is currently a senior studying Studio Art and Business at the University of Rochester.
